As each piece of Ajenno Jewellery is unique, all the items listed in the online shop are available on a first come first serve basis. We try and mark each piece as SOLD as soon as we can but obviously this is not always possible. If in the event that you do purchase an item that has already sold then we will offer you a refund, exchange or offer to make something specifically for you.

Every purchase is sent gift wrapped and packaged in a secure padded envelope and can be posted anywhere in the world for a flat rate fee of £3.00 for purchases up to £30 and £5.00 for purchases over £30.
