1. Send us an initial email using the contact form, detailing your requirements and your contact information.
2. We will then get in touch with you to discuss your requirements and the options available to you. We may at this point ask for photographs of the piece in question to be sent to us via email as we may need to see the work required in more detail.

We will then quote a price for completing the work.
4. If you are happy with the quote we will ask you to send us the piece in question and also ask for a 50% deposit
(payable by cheque, or bank transfer) with the remainder payable on completion. We always advise that all pieces are sent to us via Recorded or Special Delivery.
5. Once the work has been completed we will email you photos and contact you via telephone to ensure you are happy with what has been done.

Once we are both happy and the work has been completed we will ask for the final 50% payment.
7. When final payment has been received we will send the piece back to you via Recorded or Special Delivery. |
