Shipping:

We currently offer Free Next Day delivery for all orders over £40.00.

All orders under £40.00 are charged a standard £2.50 shipping fee. Orders within the UK will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and International orders will be sent by Airmail.

Insurance and compensation is available up to the value of £2,500 for all jewellery items that are sent via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery or International Signed For. We therefore offer a postage upgrade service to all our customers for £3.00, this is charged in addition to the standard postage costs of £2.50. The postage upgrade option is detailed within all pages of the online shop – just click the postage upgrade add to cart button.  

All orders are despatched within two days of purchase.

Returns:

We hope you will be happy with your purchase, however, should you wish to return your purchase please do so within seven days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted without a completed returns form which can be downloaded here:

Refunds are given to items returned to us in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. All refunds will be minus the shipping cost. The return shipping cost is entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Commissions and custom designs are non refundable or partially refundable.

All Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
