The Ajenno Jewellery website operates a PayPal integrated shopping cart, Paypal accepts all major credit and debit cards. Alternative payment options (cheque, bank transfer etc) are available on request. Please get in touch for more information.

Delivery:

UK and Worldwide delivery is just £2.00 for orders up to the value of £20.00, £3.00 for purchases up to the value of £40.00 and FREE Next Day delivery for all orders over £40.00.

Packaging and Gift Wrapping:

All purchases are packaged in an Ajenno Gift Box and sent securely in a padded envelope or mailing box. Gift wrapping is available for all orders at a fee of £1.50 per item. Gift wrapping is available within the accessories section of the website.  

Commissions and Made to Order Items (Including Wedding Jewellery):

For Commissions and Made to Order items (including Wedding Jewellery) payment is required in advance. Once payment has been received you order will take between one and two weeks to complete. You will be notified ASAP if your order will take longer than the stated time.

Returns:

We hope you will be happy with your purchase, however, should you wish to return your purchase please do so within seven days of receipt.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your purchase you may do so within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges must be equal to or above the amount originally paid.

Jewellery Care:

All Sterling Silver jewellery will tarnish with time and wear. We recommend you keep all jewellery separately within a bag or box and storing it in a cool, dry place. We also recommend polishing it frequently with a soft dry cloth.

We recommend this method to bring back sparkle from gemstones: Use warm water, washing up liquid and a soft small brush, gently brush the gemstones taking care not to scratch the silver and then rinse thoroughly.

Avoid contact with perfume, chemicals, deodorant etc.

To keep the condition of your jewellery looking new, always remove when showering, swimming or when undertaking manual or domestic work

Please Note: Each piece of Ajenno Jewellery purchased via the website or from one of our events has been made by hand and therefore small imperfections are to be expected.

All items listed within the Ajenno online shop are available on a first come first serve basis. If in the event we find that you have purchased an item that has already sold then we will be in touch and either offer a refund or offer to make a similar item.
